Recruiter (Caregiver Services)

AbriCare is seeking a dynamic and results-driven High-Volume Recruiter to lead our caregiver talent acquisition efforts in the Kansas City North Missouri area. This role focuses on recruiting, screening, and hiring caregivers, LPNs, and CNAs to meet staffing needs while engaging with the community through various outreach efforts.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and hire 15-25+ caregivers, LPNs, and CNAs per month to meet staffing demands
Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial contact through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff
Conduct high-volume phone screens and in-person interviews efficiently and effectively
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate and future needs
Utilize creative sourcing strategies including social media, community outreach, referral programs, and local partnerships
Track and achieve monthly hiring goals and key performance metrics
Plan, organize, and host recruiting fairs at local community events, churches, schools, and community centers
Establish AbriCare's presence and reputation as an employer of choice in the Kansas City North area
Build relationships with community organizations, workforce development centers, and educational institutions
Represent AbriCare at job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities
Develop creative marketing materials and strategies to attract local talent
Engage with diverse communities to build inclusive candidate pipelines
Expertly utilize Greenhouse ATS to manage candidate flow, track metrics, and maintain data integrity
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all candidate interactions and hiring activities
Generate reports on recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and time-to-fill
Optimize ATS workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience
Collaborate with HR team on Paylocity onboarding transitions
Provide exceptional candidate experience from first contact through hire
Conduct thorough pre-screening to assess qualifications, availability, and cultural fit
Educate candidates on AbriCare's mission, values, and career opportunities
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Build long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities
Address candidate questions and concerns promptly and professionally
Partner with HR team to ensure smooth handoff from recruiting to onboarding
Coordinate with operations team to understand staffing needs and priorities
Provide feedback on candidate quality and market trends
Identify and implement process improvements to increase recruiting efficiency
Stay current on local labor market trends and competitive intelligence

Required

2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience (healthcare or service industry strongly preferred)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding hiring goals in fast-paced environment
Expert-level proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse experience highly preferred)
Strong understanding of HR onboarding processes and compliance requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to connect with diverse candidates
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful recruiting events
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community events and job fairs
Proficiency with social media recruiting and digital marketing tools
Ability to work flexible hours occasionally

Preferred

Experience recruiting for home health, personal care, or healthcare staffing roles
Knowledge of Kansas City North Missouri communities and demographics
Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred)
Experience with Paylocity HRIS
Background in community outreach or grassroots marketing
Understanding of caregiver, LPN, and CNA roles and requirements
Experience with employee referral program management
High School Diploma or GED minimum
Preferred 4-year degree
