This role involves engaging with customers planning various events and providing outstanding service to ensure memorable experiences.

Responsibilities
Sales Generation: Respond to inbound inquiries and actively pursue outbound opportunities for event-based ice cream services
Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify new prospects through phone, email, and web channels; understand customer needs and event requirements
Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers by providing outstanding service from inquiry to post-event follow-up
Quote & Booking Management: Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and manage bookings using CRM and scheduling tools
Cross-Department Coordination: Work with Operations and Logistics teams to ensure successful event execution and timely delivery
Campaign Support: Collaborate with Marketing to support seasonal campaigns, promotions, and outreach strategies
Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of leads, conversations, and sales activities; assist with forecasting and weekly reporting
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years in inside sales, customer service, or event coordination
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, MovingUp, or similar)
Preferred
Background in food service, catering, or event planning
Knowledge of the Greater Houston area event landscape
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
