3+ years expOawins Group is seeking an experienced Property Insurance professional to join their team. The role involves managing and servicing large property insurance accounts, assisting with policy placement, and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.

Responsibilities
Manage and service large property insurance accounts, including commercial, marine property policies, preferably with experience in the renewable energy sector
Assist in the preparation of quotes, proposals, and policy comparisons, insurance requirement reviews for new business and renewals
Work directly with appointed carriers and wholesalers to obtain pricing, endorsements, and underwriting approvals
Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates, renewals, and cancellations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy information within the agency management system
Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, policy terms, and documentation
Support agents and producers with account servicing and placement activities
Ensure compliance with state insurance regulations and internal procedures
Identify coverage gaps and collaborate with producers to present additional solutions
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience working in insurance at a brokerage or insurance carrier
Direct experience with property insurance policies required
Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe)
Strong understanding of insurance terminology, policy forms, and underwriting processes
Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with commercial property policies
Familiarity with agency management systems (e.g., EPIC)
Prior customer service or account management experience
Experience developing and maintaining professional relationships with carriers and wholesalers
