Responsibilities
You'll have the flexibility of a hybrid role, working from their Cambridge office three days per week
Your time will be spent building and owning full-stack features - from pricing engines and appointment booking to payment systems and EHR integrations
You'll collaborate directly with clinicians and operations teams, shadowing their workflows to truly understand the problems you're solving
This isn't a role where you'll be siloed; you'll wear multiple hats, write product requirements, run your own QA, and tackle ambiguous problems in a fast-moving environment
Qualification
Required
2-6 years of experience as a full-stack engineer
Proficient in at least one modern stack
Ability to learn new technologies
Strong communicator who can articulate complex technical problems clearly
Entrepreneurial mindset
Experience building something independently or thinking about the bigger picture
Prior startup experience is a plus
Preferred
Experience with AWS
Experience with Ruby on Rails
Experience with NextJS
Experience with Postgres
