Responsibilities
Broker Associates will source and list businesses for sale, conduct evaluations, market listings confidentially, qualify buyers, manage negotiations, coordinate due diligence, and assist clients through closing
Qualification
Required
A Colorado real estate license is required or the ability to obtain one
Candidates must be self motivated, ethical, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a commission based environment
Preferred
Business brokerage or commercial real estate experience is a strong plus, but not required for the right candidate
Sales, consulting, financial, or entrepreneurial backgrounds are highly valued
Bilingual candidates are a plus
