Responsibilities

Provisioning, de-provisioning, and updating user identities and access rights within the SailPoint system
Implementing and enforcing access policies to ensure compliance with federal regulations and security standards
Conducting periodic reviews of user access to verify that it remains appropriate and necessary
Maintaining the SailPoint system's infrastructure, including server configuration, patching, and backups
Addressing issues related to user access, system performance, and security incidents
Supporting audits and compliance reviews related to IAM and SailPoint
Keeping abreast of changes in federal regulations, security standards, and SailPoint best practices

Required

Bachelor's Degree: In computer science, information security, or a related field
IAM Experience: Proven experience in IAM, ideally with SailPoint
Technical Skills: Knowledge of SailPoint architecture, administration tools, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
Understanding of IAM Concepts: Familiarity with role-based access control (RBAC), identity governance, and access management principles
Security Knowledge: Understanding of federal security regulations and standards, such as NIST SP 800-53
FedRAMP - MUST
Communication and Collaboration: Ability to communicate technical information clearly and collaborate with other IT professionals
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement them effectively
