Responsibilities
Own and optimize the CEO's schedule to ensure the most valuable priorities are always front and center
Keep the CEO's inbox streamlined, manage messages, and respond professionally on their behalf
Proactively identify challenges and independently find solutions-no hand-holding needed
Spot inefficiencies, create systems, and drive smarter workflows
Track timelines, follow up with team members, and ensure seamless project execution without requiring constant oversight
Qualification
Required
Highly resourceful and proactive
Tech-savvy
Ability to own and optimize the CEO's schedule
Experience in managing inbox and communication
Proactive problem-solving skills
Ability to identify challenges and find solutions independently
Experience in process improvement and creating systems
Project and task coordination skills
Ability to track timelines and follow up with team members
Independent problem solver
Ultra-organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Fluency in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Asana (or similar)
Embrace automation and AI tools
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to represent executive leadership confidently
Strong time management skills
Ability to prioritize effectively and deliver high-quality results
