Responsibilities

Welcome every guest like they’re walking into your home

Ensure every guest feels genuinely cared for in-person, over the phone, or a 3rd party vendor

Manage the flow of the restaurant by balancing reservations, walk-ins, and table turns with confidence and grace

Anticipate guest needs — from special occasions to accessibility or seating preferences — and make them feel truly cared for

Answer phones and handle inquiries with professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail

Assist with takeout/delivery/catering orders, ensuring accuracy and hospitality even beyond our doors

Communicate constantly and quietly with Management and service staff to ensure seamless service for all guests

Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and responsibly

Participate in pre-shifts, trainings, and team meetings — because we grow together

Work together with your teammates to keep the energy high and the service seamless — at Rosa Mexicano, teamwork is always on the menu

Qualification

Guest Service ExperienceMulti-taskingStanding for long periodsKindnessHigh School Degree

Required

High School Degree or GED required

Ability to stand on your feet through a shift

Ability to multi-task while staying calm, cool, and collected

Preferred

Guest Service Experience - 1 Year preferred
