PhD Research Mentor
Aspire Education is a mentorship program aimed at helping high school students with their research projects. They are seeking PhD students and early-career researchers to mentor students in computational, modeling-based, and data-driven research, guiding them through their independent projects.

Responsibilities
Mentor 1–3 high school students on an independent research project
Meet with students once per week (~60 minutes) for 12 weeks, while providing occasional support over Discord
Help students:
Develop a strong research project idea in coordination with program managers
Choose appropriate methods
Interpret results
Provide high-level guidance rather than hands-on execution
Qualification
Required
Current PhD students or early-career researchers
Strong background in computational, theoretical, or data-driven research (e.g., CS, applied math, statistics, computational biology, theoretical physics, etc.)
Comfortable guiding student research without in-person lab access
Able to receive payment as an independent contractor in the U.S
