Responsibilities

Find available talent by:

Researching candidate databases

Soliciting referrals

Networking through social media and events

Maintaining relationships with domain professionals

Creating and building a prospect list

Create job ads and post available positions using a variety of media

Successfully match available talent with open positions by accumulating and applying knowledge of skill sets and client needs

Conduct candidate screening, negotiate pay rate, and overcome candidate objections

Advise candidates on the keys to a successful interview, and debrief with candidates, hiring managers, and client services resources to gather feedback

Present offers

Solicit referrals, identify additional business opportunities, control turnover, and ensure client/consultant satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships

Conduct reference checks

Monitor and maintain accurate and detailed records of recruiting and candidate/account activities by updating business systems and databases

Proactively market candidates and generate sales leads to support business development efforts
