Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong background in developing and implementing reporting and dashboard solutions. This role involves translating business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions using Salesforce CRMA Analytics, focusing on creating strategies to address business challenges.

Responsibilities
Gather and analyze reporting dashboard business requirements
Design and develop reporting solutions on the Salesforce CRMA Analytics platform
Perform debugging, troubleshooting, modifications, and unit testing of integration solutions
Write complex queries to ensure data accessibility and smooth operation
Qualification
Required
10 years of experience in understanding business requirements and processes
2-4 years of experience in developing reports using Salesforce CRM Analytics platform
2-4 years of experience with any relational database
Experience in developing data flows, recipes, and complex dashboards using SAQL queries
Experience in implementing and maintaining security measures within CRM Analytics environments
Preferred
1-2 years of Salesforce data integration experience
Experience supporting Agile implementation teams
Experience in the Banking Domain
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on a W2 basis
