Responsibilities
Develop analysis and requirements to support delivery objectives for electronic communications surveillance
Ensure surveillance frameworks align with industry regulations and stay updated with regulatory changes
Conduct in-depth analyses of communication data to identify compliance risks
Prepare detailed reports on transitioned data and document surveillance procedures
Collaborate with senior stakeholders and technology teams to support migration initiatives
Identify opportunities for enhancing surveillance systems and participate in the development of new tools
Qualification
Required
Experience working with e-communications compliance and transformation projects
Minimum of 7 years of experience at a VP or Director level in relevant fields
Strong understanding of e-communications risk detection and communication technology related to data flows
Ability to build out monitoring and controls, ensuring accurate data feeding, data monitoring, validation control, lineage, and file movements
Data technical focus with the ability to translate technical requirements to business teams
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred
Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CFE) are a plus
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools)
Familiarity with surveillance software and communication monitoring systems
