Application Developer (Analyst)
Summit Tech Partners is seeking an Application Developer to join their Application Development Group. The role involves designing and coding functional programs and applications while collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain applications to support the business operations
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Optimize and troubleshoot existing codebases and database queries for performance and scalability
Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with third-party systems
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, security, and data integrity
Document technical specifications and system architecture
Learn and adapt to changes in requirements from the business
Qualification
Required
1 to 3 years' experience in applications development
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline
Familiarity with one or more of the following programming languages: C#, Java, C++, Python
Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and design patterns
Knowledge of relational database design and development, ideally with SQL Server
Strong understanding of data structures
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to continuously learn emerging technologies and stay up to date with best practices
