Top Auto Logistics is expanding and looking for motivated individuals to help manage vehicle shipments for clients across the United States. This remote position involves scheduling, coordinating shipments, and providing excellent customer service through various communication channels.
Responsibilities
Communicate with clients by phone, email, and messaging platforms
Schedule and coordinate vehicle shipments
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
Work with internal teams and carriers to ensure smooth operations
Accurately update shipment details and customer records
For sales roles: handle inbound leads and close shipments professionally
For manager roles: oversee reps, workflows, and daily operations
Qualification
Required
Must read, write, and speak English fluently
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Basic computer skills (email, CRM systems, spreadsheets)
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Familiarity with the U.S. market is required
Must be available to work U.S. business hours
Preferred
Previous customer service, logistics, or sales experience is a plus (not required for all roles)
