Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and organized first impression

Manage a multi-line phone system, answering calls and transferring them to the appropriate departments

Schedule and coordinate appointments, maintaining an organized calendar

Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and maintain electronic and paper filing systems

Handle email correspondence promptly and professionally

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and team members

Organize and maintain office files, ensuring accessibility and order

Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for various administrative tasks

Direct on-site visitors to appropriate locations and provide relevant information as needed

Support the team with other administrative duties as assigned

Required

At least 3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Experience managing a multi-line phone system

High level of accuracy in data entry and organizational tasks

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills
