Responsibilities
Partner with business and IT leaders to develop technology roadmaps that support strategic objectives
Oversee Salesforce solution design, delivery, and ongoing optimization across multiple workstreams
Provide technical direction and ensure solutions meet business, security, and compliance requirements
Manage vendors, budgets, and project milestones to ensure successful delivery
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability
Qualification
Required
10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years managing enterprise-grade Salesforce projects
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Extensive hands-on Salesforce experience
Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and solution design
Strong understanding of data management, integration, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
experience in Agile and SAFe environments
Preferred
advanced degree preferred
certifications such as CTA, Application Architect, or System Architect strongly preferred
