Required
Finance skills: Competence in managing budgets, financial planning, and analysis
Operations Management skills: Expertise in day-to-day business operations, process improvement, and performance management
Business Planning and Strategic Planning skills: Experience in developing and implementing business strategies for growth and sustainability
Sales skills: Proven track record in driving sales, building client relationships, and revenue generation
Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field beneficial
