Responsibilities
Administer TSI and online exams
Provide computer lab assistance to college students, staff and general public
Provide testing instructions/ information to students and faculty in person, by e-mail, and by phone
Operate a variety of equipment, such as a personal computer, printer photocopier and scanner
Create Student ID cards
Direct students to library resource materials and open computer lab
Check in/out books and videos for students
Maintain supplies and forms needed for daily operation
Assist students with printing in the library
Assist students with using the research databases
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
