Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive solutions using the ServiceNow FSM module
Customize and enhance FSM workflows, including dispatch logic and work order management functionalities
Configure mobile interfaces and develop features for technician scheduling and resource allocation
Integrate FSM with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM) and external third-party systems
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and testing protocols
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FSM configurations, scripts, and custom code
Stay current with new features, capabilities, and best practices related to ServiceNow FSM

Required

A minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least 2 years focused specifically on FSM
Strong understanding of FSM components, including work orders, dispatching, skills-based assignment, and mobile interface customization
Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, etc.)
Experience working with REST/SOAP web services and tools such as ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies in software development

Preferred

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or FSM certification is a plus
Need experience in the telecommunications industry
