Responsibilities
Serve as the platform lead ensuring architectural understanding, interoperability, and scalability across multiple AI initiatives
Coordinate program milestones, ensuring project inputs/outputs flow seamlessly between initiatives
Partner with engineering leads (including counterparts in Singapore, Greece, India, Costa Rica) to ensure technical feasibility and architectural cohesion
Represent the Digital organization, aligning deliverables with enterprise platforms, compliance, and SDLC/ADLC processes
Schedule and drive alignment touchpoints across teams to manage dependencies and mitigate risks
Act as the primary point of contact for compliance, SDLC oversight, and security testing coordination
Oversee integration and data flows across the marketing AI ecosystem, ensuring long-term stability and scalability
Engage with stakeholders from CMO, AIDA, and C14 teams to align technical execution with business objectives
Qualification
Required
8–10 years' experience leading complex digital enablement initiatives, ideally in life sciences or large enterprise settings
Proven background in AI/ML product management or technical program management, with strong literacy in ML lifecycles, model integration, and data flows
Familiarity with agentic orchestration patterns and large language model platforms (LLMs such as LangChain/LangGraph preferred)
Experience bridging product, engineering, and commercial stakeholders; strong communicator with horizontal/platform mindset
Skilled in navigating compliance, risk mitigation, and SDLC/ADLC processes within regulated environments
Experience with security coordination including penetration testing and remediation planning
Stable, long-term orientation with the ability to drive architectural cohesion across distributed teams
Based in the U.S.; NYC hybrid strongly preferred with periodic in-person collaboration

Familiarity with agentic orchestration patterns and large language model platforms (LLMs such as LangChain/LangGraph preferred)
Exposure to AI Foundry and analytics ecosystems (Tableau or similar) preferred
