Strategic Account Executive
QDS, Inc. is a leading company in cash automation and values-driven workplace culture. They are seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive new business growth and manage relationships with financial institution clients, focusing on banks and credit unions.
Financial Services
Responsibilities
Become a subject matter expert across all QDS solutions and services
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with banks and credit unions
Manage financial institutions within an assigned territory and/or strategic account list
Own and grow existing customer relationships, driving retention and expansion
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with prospects, clients, and stakeholders
Lead discovery sessions, sales meetings, and presentations with prospective and existing clients
Clearly communicate ROI, cost-benefit analyses, and business impact
Create, present, and manage proposals; negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory considerations, and challenges facing financial institutions
Engage with the broader financial services community
Represent QDS at industry events, trade shows, and user group meetings
Collaborate closely with vendors and internal teams throughout the sales process
Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and account data in CRM (HubSpot)
Build and maintain a professional LinkedIn presence through posting, commenting, and industry engagement
Qualification
Required
Proven hunter mentality with success creating opportunities with banks and credit unions
Strong pipeline-building and opportunity management skills
Professional, confident communicator with executive presence
Passion for selling with integrity and delivering customer-focused solutions
Enjoys helping clients solve complex business challenges
High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable engaging senior-level decision-makers
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate features into stakeholder value
Results-oriented with accountability for revenue and growth
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
Must pass a background check and drug screen
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of experience selling to financial institutions preferred
