Responsibilities
Engage business users to define requirements and design tools supporting trade analytics, pooling & securitization, trade capture, reporting, and reconciliation
Application development, prototyping, and high-level technical consulting
Work closely with team members and business partners to deliver solutions under tight deadlines
Predict effects of configuration changes; identify bottlenecks and performance optimization opportunities
Support issue resolution and ad-hoc requests within the I&CM division
Qualification
Required
Java (JDK 17)
Spring Boot with REST/JSON-based web services
SQL
Familiarity with Gradle, Jenkins, EKS Rancher, and AWS
Strong problem-solving skills
10+ years of experience
7–10 years of IT experience in design, development, integration, and testing using J2EE technologies (Servlets, JSP, JDBC)
7–10 years of experience with relational databases (Sybase, SQL Server, MySQL, and/or DB2)
3–5 years of experience with Eclipse, Git, Gradle, Docker, and Jenkins
3–5 years of experience designing and executing JUnit test cases using Mockito
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Ability to think critically and make decisions quickly
Adaptable and flexible in new environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under continuous change and short deadlines
