Responsibilities
Lead our customer success team with broad scope: hire, train, and inspire an excellent team focused on delivering top-tier customer service
Develop and implement customer success strategies, processes, and procedures to improve customer retention, satisfaction, and loyalty
Use data-driven decision-making to improve customer experiences and effectively address customer concerns. Create standards for evaluating the customer relationship's health and success rate
Offer operational guidance during implementations, focused on customer needs and business objectives
Work collaboratively alongside Leadership and Product Development teams, providing relevant feedback concerning product improvements, based on customer responses and desires
Create strategic plans to onboard new customers smoothly, providing them guidance during their initial phase
Communicate company culture and core values to your team and customers
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Services, Account Management, or a comparable field is required
Experience in real estate is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
Experience in data-driven decision-making and the ability to use data analysis tools effectively
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a penchant for building relationships
Understanding of CRM systems and practices, plus prior experience with CRM software
Preferred
A Master's degree would be an added bonus
