Responsibilities

Transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures (potential need to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly)
Imaging computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM
Scheduling computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow, completing computer refreshes, reclaiming and transporting old computers, and documenting inventory updates within HAM Pro (in ServiceNow)

Required

Ability to reclaim and transport old computers
Ability to document inventory updates within HAM Pro (in ServiceNow)
Professional appearance
Excellent customer service skills

Preferred
