Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire new “scale-up” companies as clients
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and industries for business development
Utilize networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation techniques to establish contact with key decision-makers
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up
Qualify leads to ensure alignment with the company's target market and objectives
Collaborate with the pre-sales team to develop tailored solutions and proposals for prospective clients
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities
Maintain and provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
Ability to network and travel for trade shows and events (2-4/quarter)

Required

5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in business development and enterprise sales in technology
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with a focus on lead generation and qualification
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
IT Services, digital transformation services or managed services experience is a must
Self-starter, strong listener, proactive, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and organized
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders

Preferred

Experience working with offshore delivery teams is a huge plus
