Responsibilities
Developing, facilitating and refining learning experiences for lay and professional leaders
Collaborating with colleagues to create new leadership offerings that respond to emerging community needs
Developing tools and resources that extend learning beyond formal sessions
Overseeing implementation and evaluation of leadership initiatives to ensure quality and impact
Providing coaching, mentorship, and consultation to strengthen leadership practice
Building relationships that expand and connect the network of community leaders
Representing Na’aleh with professionalism, warmth, and integrity
Qualification
Required
7+ years' experience in leadership development, adult education, community building, or related fields
Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in education, organizational leadership, nonprofit management, social work, or Jewish communal service
Skilled trainer, facilitator, and mentor, with a track record of designing high-quality learning experiences
Strong understanding of nonprofit governance and the lay–professional partnership
Excellent communicator and relationship-builder across a diverse community
Proficient with data and technology for measuring and improving programs
Organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating complexity
