External Wholesaler
Potomac is a ~$3B+ AUM/AUA asset manager focused on delivering results to independent broker-dealers and RIAs. The External Wholesaler will support and grow Potomac's investment strategies and mutual fund business by building relationships with financial intermediaries and driving regional sales goals.

Responsibilities
Represent all products distributed and marketed by Potomac within the territory
Partner with an internal wholesaler to develop a business plan, manage the territory, and drive regional sales goals and objectives
Identify advisor needs and provide investment and business solutions
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners (e.g., marketing, senior leaders, field leaders)
Manage administrative responsibilities according to company policies including, travel and expenses, CRM updates, calendar and schedules, conference call participation, email retention, continuing education, and other requirements
Qualification
Required
Must have or be willing to acquire licensing: SIE, Series 7, and either 63 & 65 or 66
Minimum of 3 years as a mutual fund/VA separate account external or internal wholesaler
Must have in-depth working knowledge and experience with mutual funds and separate accounts
Demonstrated ability to make successful and dynamic sales presentations
Self-driven: able to manage territory budget and operate autonomously
Separate managed accounts experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Have established relationships in the TAMP and Broker Dealer channels
