Responsibilities

Design: Survey the community and create ongoing activities and programs tailored to the community’s wide range of ages and needs

Promote and drive interest in the programs using a variety of methods such as newsletter, website, social media, email blast and word of mouth

Secure vendors and staff. Execute while working with onsite management, maintenance techs, and other providers. Debrief with all personnel after the event to improve and grow future events

Operate with a constant mindset of serving the residents with excellence

Express clear and concise written and verbal communication with district staff, residents, Vesta management, staff, and vendors

Maintain order and manage special events budgets, coordinate vendors, and staff

Lead staff and vendors to a common goal
