Corporate Director of Marketing and Revenue

They are seeking a Corporate Director of Marketing and Revenue responsible for developing and executing marketing and revenue strategies, overseeing digital marketing, and leading cross-functional teams to maximize occupancy and guest loyalty.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement integrated marketing and revenue strategies to achieve annual business objectives and growth targets
Oversee pricing strategies, inventory controls, and distribution channels to optimize revenue and profitability
Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all platforms and marketing materials
Lead SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, influencer partnerships, and content creation initiatives
Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and bookings
Monitor KPIs, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to improve performance
Manage and mentor marketing and revenue teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth
Negotiate and manage relationships with external agencies, influencers, and technology partners
Develop and oversee marketing and revenue budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies
Ensure adherence to company policies, brand standards, and regulatory requirements
Support organizational initiatives and special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required
Minimum 7–10 years in marketing and revenue management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within hospitality or resort industry
