Responsibilities
Developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes and automation systems
Leading process design, project management, and the specification and validation of new machines, tools, and equipment
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies
Ensuring compliance with customer requirements, safety standards, and company objectives
Providing technical leadership in robotics, CNC programming, and process automation
Driving manufacturing innovation and operational excellence across all manufacturing lines in Waukesha and Greensboro plants
Qualification
Required
Developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes and automation systems
Leading process design and project management
Specification and validation of new machines, tools, and equipment
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies
