Responsibilities

Enter and update data in our SAP system, gaining valuable hands-on experience

Provide quick responses to internal communications, actively supporting the Procurement team

Engage in meaningful communication with suppliers to update the status of open purchase orders

Play a crucial role in reconciling open invoices with suppliers against goods receipt records

Contribute to both standard and ad hoc reporting initiatives

Qualification

SAPSupply Chain ManagementMS ExcelAttention to detailCommunication skills

Required

Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Math, or a closely related field

Proficient in MS Excel, with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred experience with SAP, but a willingness to learn is highly valued
