They are seeking a Front Office Manager who will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and fostering positive customer relationships while ensuring efficient administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Welcoming guests, check-in, check-out
You help to strengthen loyalty by building personal and friendly customer relationships
Ensuring that administrative tasks never take precedence over guests
Taking guests' individual wishes into account
Receiving guest complaints and ensuring that they are dealt with as quickly as possible (in accordance with the ibis 15-minute service guarantee)
Taking guest reservations
Cash management and accounts receivable control
Cross-departmental work in other departments

Qualification

Management experienceOpera system proficiencyCustomer relationship skillsCash managementEnglish languageTeam leadership

Required

A service-oriented personality is essential; you also have experience in similar management positions
You are well versed in using Opera or a similar system
You have strong skills in establishing and maintaining good relationships with all stakeholders
You communicate ideas, actions and opportunities with your contacts and build strong networks
You lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the framework for high-level performance
Completed training as a hotel specialist would be desirable – career starters are also welcome
Knowledge of English
