Responsibilities
Work under general direction on complex projects in accordance with project requirements and surveying standards
Work to ensure projects are on schedule, within budget and meet the requirements of our clients
Duties include coordination of field survey crews, calculation for topo and boundary surveys, and receiving and processing client work orders. Must have AutoCAD experience
Work may include both office survey and field crew work
Perform other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Five or more years of demonstrated surveying experience
California PLS License or LSIT actively pursuing a California PLS License
Current experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills including an ability to interact professionally and knowledgeably with clients
Field work requires union membership
Self-motivated and goal oriented, with strong attention to detail
Must be meticulous about the work you produce
Solid experience with the MS Office Suite
