Using computer assisted design/drafting equipment and software to develop designs
Creating and revising production drawings (detail and assembly drawings)
Maintaining an organized file system for engineering drawings
Communicating with Project Managers regarding new and revised drawing sets
Producing and exporting production ready CNC programs using various 2D/3D design programs
Work efficiently in a Design Build environment
Other duties as assigned

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to read, interpret, and revise shop drawings from outside vendors
Ability to apply basic mathematic equations; fraction to decimals, mm to inch, etc
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, verbal, or sketch form
Experience in AutoCAD or related drafting or 3D software
Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
Prior knowledge or experience with CNC machines or CNC programming (all fields) is encouraged but not required
Prior knowledge or experience with carpentry or related fields is encouraged but not required
Experience in the following is preferred: Solid Works, Rhino3D, CNC Programming, Adobe Suite, 3D modeling (general), hands on design/build
