Customer Technical Support Specialist (Help Desk or NEN) (2927)
PSI Pax, Inc. is an Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business specializing in Information Technology and logistics for the DOD. They are seeking a Customer Technical Support Specialist to manage Helpdesk processes, incident management, and provide customer support and training.

Managing Helpdesk processes
Incident management and resolution
Problem management and resolution
Service request management and fulfillment
Monitoring and event management
Customer relationship management
Knowledge management
Disseminating information regarding planned outages or incidents impacting production services
Providing information to users regarding the status and closure of their respective service requests
Providing customers and other stakeholders with assistance and end-user training
Qualification
Required
Secret Clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
At least two (2) years of professional experience in Industry, Federal or DoD Help Desk Support
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Must work well independently; have the ability to interface with customers in senior level positions
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and must provide customer service both internally and externally
Familiarity with help desk systems such as BMC's Remedy
Must have experience with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
This position is required to be designated as an IT Level 1. This position is required to be IAT Level 2 or higher and designated as an IT Level 2
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related IT discipline. A high school diploma and 4 additional years of experience may be substituted for the Bachelors Degree
