The role involves working with individuals living with mental health challenges to support them in achieving their personal life goals through various vocational and educational programs.

Health Care

Responsibilities

Coordinate a Clubhouse work unit
Provide program coverage as assigned
Perform supportive services to provide personal, educational and job skills training
Complete work interest evaluations plans
Provide support and follow-up for program members
Act as liaison with the Department of Mental Health and other agencies involved with member's goals/recovery
Participate in treatment planning, team meeting, in-services and other relevant meetings
Consult with clinical/ crisis staff
Plan and facilitate vocational and recreational activities on a rotating schedule

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Human ServicesExperience in mental healthBilingualCompassionateMotivatedRespectful communicationAccountabilityPositive attitudeSelf-awareness

Required

Bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field
Two years of experience in mental health program with a similar population
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
