Required

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-standard work
Effective written and verbal communication skills
High school diploma or GED required

Preferred

Previous experience working with general aviation or flight school aircraft
Additional technical training is a plus
