Responsibilities
Perform daily user access administration (grant/revoke access)
Manage and support the Automated Access Request Form (AARF) system
Create and manage Active Directory (AD) groups and user provisioning
Monitor and resolve service desk tickets related to access requests
Support onboarding, termination, and access inquiries
Review access records for compliance with security policies
Maintain security documentation and records
Collaborate with IT Operations Project Admin and Analysts
Assist with inventory tracking and participate in team projects
Qualification
Required
Junior-level IT or Security background
4+ years of general IT experience; 1–2 years in information security
Experience with Active Directory and access provisioning
Familiarity with access request workflows (AARF experience preferred)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work onsite in Orlando, FL
