Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Azure-based cloud architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
Develop automation frameworks using PowerShell to streamline infrastructure operations
Architect and manage virtualized environments using VMware and Hyper-V
Design and deploy Windows Server and Active Directory solutions, including hybrid identity integrations with Microsoft Entra ID
Strategically implement and manage Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 environments
Define and enforce enterprise-grade security controls across infrastructure layers
Conduct security assessments, firewall configurations, and compliance audits
Serve as a technical advisor in client engagements, translating business needs into actionable infrastructure strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally with client stakeholders, project managers, and internal teams
Maintain detailed documentation of architecture, configurations, and operational procedures
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and proactively recommend improvements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a strong focus on cloud and hybrid environments
Deep expertise in Azure, PowerShell, VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID
Proven success designing and implementing Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 solutions
Strong background in enterprise security practices, including audits, firewalls, and endpoint protection
Ability to lead client engagements, present solutions, and manage project delivery
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and consultative skills
Preferred
Prior experience in IT consulting or managed services is highly preferred
