Responsibilities
Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying part numbers, quantities, and condition
Store inventory in designated areas with proper labeling and traceability
Pick and kit materials for production orders according to BOMs
Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies through root cause analysis
Track shelf life and maintain FIFO rotation for sensitive parts
Record inventory transactions in ERP systems and issue material to work orders
Follow standard operating procedures and maintain 5S standards in storage areas
Support continuous improvement efforts to increase inventory accuracy and reduce loss
Qualification
Required
Experience in inventory control, materials handling, or manufacturing environments
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Skilled in cycle counting, reconciliation, and documentation
Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
Knowledge of material handling and FIFO practices
Hands-on, reliable, and able to maintain clean, organized workspaces
Effective communicator and team collaborator
Dependable and committed to process improvement
