Electrical & Electronic Manufacturing

Responsibilities

Partner with Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Production teams to support product testing, compliance sampling, and documentation throughout the product lifecycle
Execute safe and efficient testing of electronic assemblies to ensure adherence to quality standards
Verify system and circuit functionality by conducting thorough performance tests and accurately documenting results
Create clear and detailed test reports, charts, and graphs using Microsoft Office tools to support data-driven decisions
Assist in pilot production runs by providing real-time technical support and ensuring product quality is upheld
Collaborate across departments to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement
Interpret technical materials, such as schematics, PCB layouts, datasheets, drawings, and BOMs to ensure accurate product fabrication and validation
Operate essential lab and test equipment such as soldering irons, oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters, and hand tools with precision and care
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment to support efficient workflows
Take initiative in additional tasks and responsibilities that contribute to quality assurance and cross-functional success

Required

Associate's/technical degree in electrical engineering technology or related, or equivalent experience in a similar role
3+ years of relevant experience in an engineering environment
Hands-on experience with PCB testing, soldering, and possible assembly
Proven history of troubleshooting electronic components, printed circuit assemblies, and hardware
Prior experience using schematic capture and PCB design software (ex: Altium)
Working knowledge of analog/digital circuit principles and embedded microprocessor controls
Understanding of power supply principles and circuits
Acts with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proactive time management and ability to work on many projects at various points of the product development cycle
Bias for action and ability to work with a sense of urgency
Collaboration skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
