The role focuses on identifying and analyzing Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) risk across the Defense Industrial Base, while also serving as Product Owner for the internal vetting and analytics system under development.

Responsibilities
Define and maintain product vision and roadmap aligned with business and vetting needs
Translate needs into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria; prioritize backlog for maximum value
Collaborate with development team/vendor to plan sprints, monitor progress, remove impediments, and ensure timely delivery
Serve as liaison between stakeholders, end-users, and technical team; gather feedback and drive enhancements
Monitor performance, manage risks/dependencies, and evolve system to meet future needs
Champion user adoption, support training, and ensure seamless integration with vetting and intelligence workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Market Research, Security, Intelligence, or related
8+ years in risk analysis, competitive intelligence, due diligence, finance, or M&A
8+ years applying analytic standards for business/security/intelligence data
8+ years using databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Factiva, LexisNexis, PitchBook, Capital IQ, D&B)
8+ years identifying trends, patterns, anomalies, and solutions
Active TS/SCI clearance
Able to work fully onsite in Quantico/Stafford, VA
Preferred
Experience in DoD Entity Vetting and Financial Due Diligence
Prior Product Owner or product management experience with business/intelligence systems
Familiarity with agile, backlog management, and technical liaison
