Boeing Aerospace Operations is seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to join their team in JRB New Orleans, LA. The role focuses on supporting the Boeing Global Services organization by ensuring compliance with quality management system standards and performing audits to determine adherence to regulatory and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

Provides oversight of Quality directives, policies, processes and procedures
Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems
Performs audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements
Documents audit results in standard formats
Other tasks as assigned
Works under general supervision

Required

Aircraft inspection experience (FA18 preferred)
Microsoft Office proficiency
Capable of traveling on an as needed basis (up to 10%)
Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)

Preferred

Ability to work independently
Proven problem solving experience
Experience with RCCA, CARs, PQDRs, EIs, Maintenance Mishap Incident Investigations
3+ years' experience with Boeing quality assurance programs such as FOD and Tool Control
