Contributing directly to research, strategy development, and implementation
Engaging deeply with live markets and compounding skills over the long term

Required

Have a strong quantitative, technical, or research-oriented background
Have already explored markets independently through research, coding, backtesting, or strategy development
Are comfortable owning models end to end, from hypothesis formation through evaluation and failure analysis
Value continuous learning and self-directed improvement
Are not seeking a classroom-style training program or salaried role
Want to build a long-term career in proprietary trading
Demonstrate evidence of serious, hands-on quantitative work
Are current undergraduate or graduate students with strong quantitative, technical, or research-oriented backgrounds
Are self-directed learners who value continuous improvement and long-term ownership
Are comfortable with real accountability and performance-based evaluation
