Last Word On Sports is looking to add freelance writers for their hockey coverage. The role involves writing articles about assigned NHL teams and topics year-round, with specific article requirements based on the season.

Responsibilities

Writing 2 articles a week (8 a month). If seeking media credentials, 3 articles per week in season, 2 articles a week out of season, and with the company for at least 60 days
Looking for writers who will cover their assigned team, year-round, not just during the season

Qualification

Written communicationNHL coverage experienceWordPress experience

Required

Excellent written communication skills
Experience watching/covering the National Hockey League (NHL)

Preferred

Experience with WordPress (preferable)
