Executive Operations is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect – NetSuite Implementation to provide strategic technical leadership and ensure the NetSuite ERP solution aligns with organizational goals, IT standards, and enterprise architecture principles. This role is responsible for defining and governing the overall NetSuite solution architecture, balancing technical feasibility, scalability, security, and long-term business value.

Responsibilities

Design and own the end-to-end NetSuite solution architecture across Finance, CRM, and Supply Chain modules
Ensure scalability, security, compliance, and maintainability of the NetSuite platform
Define technical standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices for the implementation
Review and approve NetSuite customizations, integrations, workflows, and extensions
Provide guidance on data modeling, integrations, and cloud/SaaS infrastructure
Ensure the NetSuite design aligns with enterprise-wide IT policies and long-term technology strategy
Partner closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders to align technical decisions with business objectives
Evaluate third-party applications, tools, and add-ons for integration or platform extension
Act as a technical authority and advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle

Required

7+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, preferably with ERP or NetSuite implementations
Strong understanding of NetSuite architecture, modules, integrations, and customization
Proven experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable ERP solutions
Hands-on experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and data migration strategies
Knowledge of IT governance, cloud architecture, and SaaS best practices
Experience with enterprise integration frameworks such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Celigo
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification preferred
