Field Marketing Manager
WithAgility is partnering with an early-stage vertical AI startup in rapid growth mode. As the Field Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the event strategy and execution, directly influencing pipeline and revenue while collaborating closely with sales teams.

Responsibilities
You’ll lead the events function end-to-end, with responsibility across strategy, execution, and performance
Design and execute strategy for national conferences & tradeshows
Identify & execute state & regional events aligned to clusters of ideal customers
Plan and execute private dinners, roundtables, and curated executive gatherings
Partner closely with Sales and Leadership on pre-event planning, meeting strategy, and post-event follow-up
Own the partnership with sales; territory & account mapping, pipeline & ROI goals, as well as post event reporting
Own timelines, vendors, logistics, and flawless execution on the ground
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in field and/or event marketing within B2B SaaS
Direct ownership of tradeshow & event strategy and execution
You hold a high bar for the quality of your work that is brought out into the world
Experience tracking event performance, ROI, & down funnel metrics
Comfort operating in an early-stage, fast-evolving environment
Ability to work onsite, 5 days/week in San Francisco
