MOCSI Recruiter and Opportunity Program Liaison

Responsibilities

Develop informational presentations for students and staff who want to learn more about the Men of Color Success Initiative (MOCSI)
Recruit PCCC male students to join MOCSI
Work with campus partners to onboard MOCSI students into opportunity programs that provide the academic tutoring, advising, and financial support they need to be successful at PCCC
Raise MOCSI member awareness of campus and community-based professional enrichment opportunities
Develop and maintain check-in protocols and procedures with current MOCSI members who are involved in opportunity and other enrichment programs on campus
Document and evaluate MOCSI’s relationship with campus-based opportunity and enrichment programs; compile and analyze the results for continued improvement
Provide monthly reports of project progress and participate in program evaluation
Participate in training and professional development activities
