Responsibilities

Design and optimize HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems to ensure operational efficiency and reliability
Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance activities to Key projects, ensuring minimal downtime and prompt resolution of issues
Lead facility-related construction, renovation, and upgrade projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Ensure all facility operations comply with local, state, and federal health, safety, and environmental regulations
Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers, ensuring quality and cost-effective delivery of specialized services
Evaluate and implement facility layout changes to support evolving business needs and improve operational workflows
Develop and implement energy conservation initiatives and sustainability programs to reduce environmental impact and operating costs

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering (or related field)
7+ years of experience in facility engineering or building systems management
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems
Proven experience managing capital projects and vendor relationships
Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Legally authorized to work in the US (excluding Optional Practice Testing) and not require sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred

PE license preferred
