MikeWorldWide is seeking a Copywriter who will evolve the brand's voice and maintain a consistent tone across various content formats. Responsibilities

Own and evolve the brand’s voice across campaign, digital, and audio content
Turn complex brand and category information into clear, clean, and compelling campaign creative
Write structured messaging for digital campaigns including display, programmatic, paid social, meta, and more
Craft scripts for audio, radio, and commercial spots with attention to rhythm, tone, and timing
Write concise, effective social copy tailored to platform nuances and audience behavior
Build and maintain copy matrices and messaging systems that keep large-scale work cohesive
Contribute to multiple omnichannel campaigns throughout the year
Partner with art director to concept campaigns and build creative omni-channel campaigns
Work closely with creative directors on concepting, reviews, and refining the voice as needed

Required

3+ years of experience as a writer in a creative agency or in-house brand team
Strong campaign and conceptual thinking, especially in short-form and multi-format work
Experience writing structured copy systems such as matrices, grids, and variations
A sharp sense of tone, pacing, and clarity, especially for spoken copy and fast-scrolling feeds
An obvious passion for ad/marketing trends and brand storytelling
A solid, well-rounded portfolio featuring relevant creative work
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A feedback-friendly working style: We work remotely as a Figma-first team, so collaboration is key

Preferred

Experience writing scripts for audio or broadcast media; commercial writing is a big plus
Experience in Figma as a writing collaborator is a plus
Bonus if you've worked with brands in the utilities sector or regulated industries
Experience articulating your creative thinking and rationale to internal and external audiences is a big plus
